Nicolas Rakotopare is a filmmaker and photographer based in the rainforest of Kuranda, in Far North Queensland. Originally from Madagascar, now nearly two decades into working in Australia, he collaborates with conservation organisations, scientists and broadcasters. His work spans conservation, science and threatened species, as well as shooting full natural history sequences for documentaries.
