Commitment
This site aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology. The site is built to follow recognised web accessibility guidelines.
What has been considered
The site uses clear text contrast, keyboard-navigable menus and controls, and respects the operating system setting for reduced motion. Video does not autoplay with sound. Text alternatives for images are being added across the site as an ongoing process.
Known limitations
The galleries contain a large and growing photographic archive, and descriptive text alternatives are still being written for many images. This work is ongoing; in the meantime some images may not yet have a full text description. Where descriptions exist, informative images are described and purely decorative images are marked so assistive technology can skip them.
Feedback
